Staff were accommodating, wi-fi was good, and I loved its unbeatable location right by cafes, art galleries, walks, lake, activities, Gondola, the town centre.

The pool was excellent and the staff was amazingly nice! Stayed in generous sized guest room with a washing machine and a great view, for example. The location was super close to town centre. Perfect stay.
We didn't find view which we wanted.
